1. Lay flat on your back on a soft surface
2. Bring both knees up towards your chest and take hold of your big toes with each hand
3. While holding your toes, bring your legs out to as wide as comfortable and push your feet outwards to feel the stretch in your hip and groin area
4. Gently rock side to side like a very happy baby
