1. Stand strong, with your feet placed at shoulder width apart, a slight bend at the knee
2. Bent forward at the hips and place your hands on the floor just in front of your toes (if you have to bend your knees, that’s okay!)
3. Keeping your feet fixed in the same spot, walk your hands forward, step by step, until it becomes challenging to hold your body strong by using your core muscles to stabilize (your ultimate goal is to reach your arms outstretched in front of you)
4. Work your hands back towards your feet to complete one inchworm
The primary muscles used in Inchworms are the Abs. The secondary muscles used are the Obliques and Shoulders.
