How to do Wall Angels

1. Stand with your glutes, back, and head flat against a wall

2. Place your feet out 1 or 2 steps in front of you allowing your body to slide slightly down the wall

3. Bring your arms up and place the backs of your hands against the wall on either side of your head, ensure your elbows are in contact with, or at least close to the wall

4. Brace your core as you slide your hands up and above your head opening your chest for the correct stretch
