Ingredients (for 1 serving)

  • 25 grams spring greens
  • 1 orange
  • 1 avocado
  • 0.5 red onion
  • 15 grams fresh mint leaves
  • 30 almonds
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 0.25 tsp fine sea salt
  • 0.25 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.25 tsp ground black pepper

Preparation

Step 1: Peel the orange and separate into tasty segments. Then, peel and pit the avocado before dicing it.
Step 2: Thinly slice the red onion. You can slice the almonds or just crush them up!
Step 3: Mix up all the dressing ingredients (lemon juice, honey, mustard, sea salt, garlic powder, and pepper) in a small bowl or you can toss and turn them inside a jar to combine them better.
Step 4: In a large mixing bowl, put all the salad ingredients together before giving a quick mix. Drizzle it with the dressing and toss until evenly spread.
