Makes 5 servings
Step 1: Pulse the oats in a food processor or blender for about 45 seconds until you have an oaty powder.
Step 2: Throw in the rest of the ingredients (except the chocolate chips) and process until you have a doughy mix.
Step 3: Scoop out the mix and use your hands to fold in the chocolate chips. Then form those power balls!
Step 4: Chill in the fridge and chomp on whenever you need a protein hit!
