Ingredients (for 1 serving)

  • 2 slices of Whole Grain Bread
  • 1 medium Avocado
  • 40 grams Smoked Salmon
  • 30 grams Red Onion
  • 1 sprinkle of Salt
  • 1 dash of Pepper
  • 1 drizzle of Lemon Juice

Preparation

Step 1: Place your bread into a toaster and let things heat up while you scoop out the avocado and mash it in a bowl using a fork.
