How to do the Ankle Roll
1. Stand tall with your feet planted firmly on your workout mat with them placed shoulder-width apart
2. Lift one heel off the ground so that all that remains in contact is the ball and toes of that foot
3. Without tension, gently roll the raised foot from side to side, back and forth
