1. Lay face down on a soft training surface or mat, with your arms and legs fully extended outwards
2. Contract your lower back and glutes to elevate both your lower and upper body off the surface of the floor
3. When your chest and legs are off the floor, you should now be in an upside-down arch when viewed from the side
4. Hold the position briefly before slowly relaxing your lower back and glutes to allow your body to come back down to the floor
