1. Stand tall with your feet planted firmly on your workout mat
2. Extend both hands out in front of your chest and allow palms to come flat together
3. Keeping your arms straight, pull your palms away from each other as if opening up for a big hug
4. Allow your arms to come back as far as they comfortably can to feel the stretch running across your chest
