Ingredients

20 grams Sun-Dried Tomatoes

0.25 Red Bell Pepper
0.25 Yellow Bell Pepper
1 Garlic Clove
2 tsp Brown Sugar
0.25 Red Onion
2 tsp Olive Oil
0.25 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
0.5 tsp Garlic Powder
50 ml Vegetable Stock

Preparation

๐’๐ญ๐ž๐ฉ ๐Ÿ: In a wok or large frying pan add the olive oil and bring up to a medium-high heat.

๐’๐ญ๐ž๐ฉ ๐Ÿ: Slice up your bell peppers, green beans, carrots, broccoli, onion, and sun-dried tomatoes into thin, bitesize slices.
