50 grams Red Onion
50 grams Carrot
50 grams Bell Pepper
1 Chilli
1 Garlic Clove
2 tsp Olive Oil
0.5 tsp Oregano


Don’t worry about fixing your apron too well, this one is going to be quick.

π’π­πžπ© 𝟏: Chop the onion, carrot, bell pepper, chilli, garlic clove, and keep separated on the side.

π’π­πžπ© 𝟐: Heat a medium-sized pan over a low heat and add the olive oil.
