  • 60 grams strawberries
  • 30 grams oats
  • 250 ml low-fat milk
  • 30 grams vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp honey

Preparation

Ideally, use chilled or even frozen strawberries for this splendid mix of sensational satisfaction.
