Ingredients

1 Sweet Potato
60 grams Greek Yoghurt
15 grams Granola
60 grams Blueberries
60 grams Strawberries
1 tsp Honey

Preparation

π’π­πžπ© 𝟏: Preheat the oven to 180C. Wash the sweet potato, don’t peel it! Just leave the skin on. Prick it a few times using a fork. Place it on a baking tray and roast until it becomes soft, which will take between 30 - 45 minutes (depending on the size)..

π’π­πžπ© 𝟐: Once the sweet potato is cooked, let it cool before putting it inside an airtight container and store in the fridge (for later, or serve right away).
